What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, our team will review and confirm it. If you've selected Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll contact you to verify your order before dispatch. For prepaid orders, we'll begin processing as soon as your payment is confirmed.
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are accepted only before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
